Straight answers
I'm not a plumber. Can you still help?
Yes. Plumbing and heating is where we started and know best, but we build sites for every trade. Tell us your trade on the form and your preview will be built for it.
Do I really not pay for the preview?
Yes. We build it first. If you don't like it, you owe nothing and we take it down.
Do I need to do anything technical?
No. Send us your logo or a few photos if you have them. We do the rest.
What if I want to leave?
On the monthly plan there is a 12-month minimum. After that you can cancel with 30 days' notice, and either let the site close or keep it for a one-off £199. If you want to own it sooner, you can buy it outright at any time for £395, minus £100 if you have paid 6 or more months.
Who owns the website address?
You do. It's registered in your name, so if you ever leave, you take it with you.
I already get work from Checkatrade. Why do I need a site?
Directories charge you for leads and show your competitors next to you. Your own site brings customers who only see you.
Why no phone calls?
Because you're busy on jobs. Messages let you reply when it suits you, and everything we agree is written down.
